COVID vaccination invitation letters issued to patients to attend Millennium Point
The invitations to Millennium Point are being issued to people aged 80 or over who are not listed as having been vaccinated at a hospital or GP service. This is an additional option for people to get vaccinated if it is convenient. If it is not, then you can of course wait to be jabbed at your local vaccination centre in the coming weeks – simply ignore the letter and your GP will contact you.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Due to the increase in Coronavirus cases across the country, only patients who have a face to face appointment will be allowed to enter the surgery. If you believe you need an appointment, please call the surgery on 0121 203 0666. This may cause you an inconvenience, but it is important that you do this for your own and other patients’ interests. Please support the Practice staff during this period of high demand and extraordinary circumstances.
Hospitals & GP surgeries have safe areas to see patients. Don’t ignore any health concerns if you feel you need to see or speak to a GP please call us. Please wear a face covering if you are asked to attend the surgery
